it turns out we are pretty good at estimating things relatively.
Agile uses this to our advantage in planning. By sizing our stories relatively to each other, and feeding actuals back into our plan, we can make some really accurate predictions about the future while based on what we've done in the past.
It’s an empirical way of planning removes the wishful thinking and instead relies on concrete empirical data.
